The entire Merfolk community is excited for the new one drop, Benthic Biomancer. Very rarely does Wizards print one-drop Merfolk, but Ravnica Allegiance surprised us. Biomancer is a Merfolk that can get larger as the game goes late and can loot away dead cards. Merfolk’s largest liability is surviving the early portion of the game vs fast decks, so will Biomancer fit the deck in today’s metagame?
