This week, we kick off a mini-arc that focuses on wellness. Particularly, how we can extrapolate gaming experiences into the real world, and vise versa, of course.

Today, I’m joined by a new guest who I hit it off with immediately, Dave Kosin. In the first of this two-parter, we hear of Dave’s weightloss, how he turned his life trajectory around and his thoughts on breaking the mold. Dave’s use of gaming examples and high school stereotypes are not to be missed this week!
