Uro Raff Flash, those 3 words alone are good enough reason to try this deck out in Historic, right? Raff Capashen is a blast to play. I am typically a Midrange/Tempo player. I don’t typically like playing Control. With Raff, however, you get the capabilities of Control while still having the power and board-state of midrange.
