I’ve always liked the soulbound mechanic. I ran a g/r deck back in a standard pauper league, with peddler, that I really liked quite a bit since it was so different from typical gruul lists. I found my thread on it if you want to check it out. http://forums.pdcmagic.com/viewtopic.php?t=7646&highlight=peddler Only real change would be to try creatures that ping when they enter play, like Forge Devil. This combination worked really well, in addition to fight cards so you could double up on removal then play something else to get deathtouch and keep the damage going. looks like this was lot of fun and I bet there is going to be a lot of testing with tandem lookout. But, don’t sleep on the peddler he’s pretty sweet. Reply Austen Hoey April 14, 2017 yeah, i like the idea of cards like forge devil maybe a little more, this deck was trying to do 1 too many things I think. Glad you enjoyed it, and no comment is ever too late !
